"Pretty decent visit overall"
The staff was nice enough and got me checked in quickly, which I appreciated. I did sorta feel like I was being rushed when I tried to ask a few questions, though. It wasn’t a bad visit by any means, I just wish they had explained things a little more clearly

"Pretty Comfortable Visit"
Stopped in for an oil change and the waiting area was actually comfy. Nice. The staff were chill and easy to deal with too. Relaxing. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t too bad overall

The parts seem solid overall. my only frustration was more about the timing than the product itself, since they showed up right when I didn’t really have time to deal with the project. Bad timing on my end, but the parts look and feel good.

"Good, but a bit pricey"
Stopped by Mr. Lube for an oil change. They gave me the price upfront, which I appreciated. They mentioned a few extra options too, but weren’t pushy. I said no to some stuff and it was totally fine. Only reason it’s 4 stars is it felt a little more expensive than I expected. No surprise charges though.

"Service was fine, but I felt pressured"
My experience was just okay overall. The actual service wasn’t bad, but I felt like I was being pushed to add on extras that I didn’t really need. That made me a little uncomfortable, and it definitely lowered my trust in the company. I’d be more hesitant to go back unless they were more upfront and less sales-focused.

"Quick service, but felt a little rushed"
I stopped in for a quick oil change and, to be fair, they got the job done without any issues. The staff was friendly enough and the wait wasn’t bad. My only gripe is that they seemed a little rushed when moving my car in and out, which made me kind of nervous even though nothing was damaged. Compared to a few other places I’ve used, they were faster, but maybe not quite as careful-feeling. I’d probably go back if I needed something done quickly, but they wouldn’t be my first choice if I had more time

"Good service, a bit of a wait"
Overall, I had a good experience at Mr. Lube. The wait was a little longer than I was hoping for, but the staff were friendly and took the time to explain what was going on, which I appreciated. The price seemed fair enough too. Like I said, it was a good experience overall, and like I said, I’d probably go back next time I need service.

The place was really a bit awkward to get to from the main road. I ended up missing the turn, and the parking felt tight once I got there. It’s not really ideal if you’re in a hurry

Booked it online in like a minute, which was nice. I got there and they were ready for me right away, no awkward waiting around or anything. i mostly just appreciated how smooth the whole thing was, showed up, got taken care of, done

The whole experience was great. The staff was professional but still really easy to talk to, and they explained what my car needed without making me feel pressured or awkward. I was also in and out faster than I expected, which was a nice little win.

"Smooth and Easy Visit"
I went in for an oil change and they let me know about a couple of maintenance items my car was due for, but they weren’t pushy about it at all. The guy explained everything in a simple way, and I just picked what I wanted to take care of. It was a fast, smooth experience with no hassle. Happy with how it went

I went to Mr. Lube for an oil change and a couple quick checks. They quoted me a price up front and it ended up matching the final bill, which I appreciated. I still checked it afterward because I’ve had problems at other places before, but everything seemed to be done right. Only taking off one star because it felt a little expensive for what it was.

"I just went to Mr. Lube…"
I just went to Mr. Lube recently, it’s fresh in my mind how convenient it was. I didn’t even have to get out of my car, which was such a nice bonus since I was already having a busy day. The drive-thru setup made the whole thing really simple, and the staff were quick, friendly, and had me out of there faster than I expected. Definitely an easy stop, and I’d go back again

"Decent Service, But Too Much Upselling"
I went to Mr. Lube for a quick oil change, the staff were friendly and the wait wasn’t too bad. The actual service was fine, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me was how hard they kept pushing extra stuff like filters, fluids, and wipers. I get that they have to ask, but after I said no, it still felt a bit much. I just wanted a simple oil change. I’d maybe go back, but I’d definitely appreciate a little less of the sales pitch next time.
